The room was clean and spacious, staff was very friendly, water and coffee were refilled every day. Also, I appreciated the computer chair and the table in the room, so I could work in comfort.

The hotel is near several of the fanciest shopping malls in Merida, has also a big chain supermarket at walking distance. The staff was really friendly and cooperative. The area felt safe for walking during the day or at night

I did love the location of this hotel. Very close to the Merida Mall and the shopping center, all walking distance.

Clean and nice rooms. Very good breakfast. Excellent location around the museum and shopping center. Easy to get in and out of the city to visit the places around.
